All services are subject to availability and acceptance at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse service if necessary.

Bookings and Payments

Bookings can be made by phone, email, or through our website.
For certain services, a call-out fee, deposit, or full payment may be required to secure your booking.
We accept payment by credit/debit card, bank transfer, or cash on completion (where available).
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may be subject to change without notice.

Callouts and Attendance

We provide mobile locksmith services within Sydney and surrounding areas.
You are responsible for providing accurate address details and being available at the agreed time.
Additional fees may apply for after-hours, emergency callouts, missed appointments, or return visits.

Service Limitations and Liability

While we take utmost care in carrying out locksmith work, we cannot guarantee that all locks, safes, or security systems can be opened, repaired, or replaced without damage.
We are not liable for:
- Pre-existing faults, defects, or damage to locks, doors, or security systems.
- Damage arising from forced entry where authorised by you.
- Any loss, theft, or security breaches occurring after we have completed the agreed service, including where locks or keys have been tampered with after installation.
Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled service where applicable.
Refunds for cancellations are at our discretion and may be subject to an administration fee.
No refunds are issued once locksmith work, key cutting, or emergency attendance has commenced.
